Taqueria 7 Estrellas: Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Tigard

Walked by this place for years and finally dropped in for breakfast. So glad I made the stop! Love finding these little gems that are affordable and absolutely amazing! When I say this is the best Mexican food I’ve had, I mean it! Beyond that, they give free chips and salsa, their portions are huge, and the staff is extremely attentive/friendly. If I could give more stars, I would! I got the 2 enchiladas and my partner got the vegetarian veggie super burrito.

I ordered the huevos rancheros to go. It was a huge meal with rice and beans a little avocado and sour cream. The rice was well flavored. The beans were good and I really like the sauce. The meal came with extra tortillas, you can choose flour or corn, and two sauces one green one red. I really like the green, it tasted fresh. My only complaint was that my eggs were a little overcooked which could have been because I got my meal to go. Overall, it was good and I will definitely go back again.

This is a real authentic mom and pops shop they cook with love and the portions are huge definitely stop by and support. The food is delicious the SALSA an chip is amazing best salsa I’ve had in awhile

This is quality Mexican and breakfast comfort food in a bright, eclectic, home atmosphere despite being in an oddly located strip mall. The huge menu had a great variety of breakfast and classical Mexican dishes. The premeal salsa and chips are fantastic , the portions generous (the plates bigger than heads), and everything tasty with nice details. Their gaucamole had a unique kick to it. I ordered the chicken fajita omelette and my partner had a combination plate so we each got to try a variety of the dishes and enjoyed all of them. Even the hash browns and toast were impressive. All of this at very affordable prices. The decorations on the walls are varied and entertaining. There was a TV playing a classical Latino drama in black and white. It was fun, tasty, and we look forward to our next visit.

Local family busines, located off and behind hwy 99. Cozy atmosphere. Ordered: camarones con carne asada (it was ok: expected more), carne asada(needed more seasoning), cheese quesadilla(tasted good), chimichangas (was good) & flan (not good). Next to tattoo shop and beauty school.

Big portions for a decent price. There's tons of stuff on the menu ranging from classic Mexican food to Breakfast and American. Full list of breakfast items which I haven't tried. I actually want to try out the other items to see how they all are and I will update this. The Superburrito was great and my GF had the Torta. The Superburrito was great. Stuffed with meat and fresh cilantro. Rice was great and fluffy with tomato and onion mixed in. Both beans and rice were very hot. The burrito was warm although I owe that to the cilantro and cheese inside partially cooling it. Totra was big and filling as well. Worth the price. They forgot the Avacado and side of Sour Cream for my GF order which easily keeps this under a 5 star. Service was quick and took about 10-15 minutes to get our food.

Siete Estrellas in Tigard, Oregon is a hidden gem for authentic Mexican cuisine. As someone born and raised in Mexico, I have been disappointed by many so-called "authentic" Mexican restaurants in the States. However, Siete Estrellas is the real deal. Their tacos are the epitome of true Mexican flavors, with fresh ingredients and simple, authentic recipes. The hand-made tortillas are a testament to their dedication to quality. The meat is cooked to perfection, and the vegetables are grilled to perfection. Even the salsa is made in a traditional molcajete. The attention to detail and the love put into each dish is evident. Not only is the food delicious, but the prices are also very reasonable. I have been a loyal customer for a year now, and I have never been disappointed. The consistency and made-to-order approach ensure that every visit is a satisfying experience. Unlike other restaurants, they don't pre-cook the meat, which adds to the freshness and flavor. Three of their tacos are enough to satisfy my cravings. The expertise of the seven ladies in the kitchen is evident in every bite.
